Disputes are due course of being in business, and the sooner they are dealt with when they arise the less stress down the line. There are various ways you can deal with disputes to avoid ending up in the courtroom, and we can assist you with the correct course of action.

Three main ways of resolving disputes are through arbitration, mediation and litigation.

Arbitration is a common way of resolving commercial disputes. It’s efficient in both time and cost, compared to court litigation and it allows both parties to resolve their disputes privately and confidentially.  

Mediation is another form of dispute resolution. It resolves disputes between two or more parties with concrete effects. Typically, a third party (the mediator), assists the parties to negotiate a settlement. The mediator acts as a neutral third party and facilitates, rather than directs the process.
