Hamish is an experienced lawyer who works across Cameron Lawyers’ two offices in Wellington and Kapiti in the areas of property law (residential and commercial), commercial law (including dispute resolution and litigation), criminal law, family law, and private client work (encompassing estate planning, Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act matters, and family trusts). Hamish enjoys working with clients to ensure that their and their families’ interests are protected and advanced to the fullest extent possible.
Hamish is a graduate of the University of Canterbury, and was admitted to the bar in 2014. Hamish initially worked on public law and commercial matters in post-earthquake Christchurch before returning to Wellington and entering private legal practice. He established Cameron Lawyers in 2021.

Eoin has practiced law since 2002 and was the principal of Waikanae Law until it merged with Cameron Lawyers in 2022. Eoin is a credible and trusted advisor, and has built up a broad practice covering property, asset protection, and family and commercial law matters.
Eoin has a particular interest in Elder Law which traverses the range of legal issues that affect the elderly, including matters such as asset management and protection, enduring powers of attorney, wills and the administration of estates. A large part of Eoin’s practice involves his acting as a court-appointed advocate for people who, for various reasons, lack capacity to advance their own interests.

Alex is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, and is the recipient of the 2023 Bernard Randall Prize in Family Law, awarded to the top student in LAWS 370 – Family Law. Alex’s professional interests include criminal and family law, and she assists with legal research and writing in these areas, along with the firm’s other practice areas.
Alex will be admitted to the bar in June 2024 and looks forward to developing her legal practice, particularly in the areas of criminal and family law.

Jenna is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington and has worked for Cameron Lawyers since 2021. Jenna practices in the areas of property law (residential and commercial), relationship property law, and commercial law including dispute resolution and litigation. Jenna also works with our private clients on wills and estate matters, and family trusts.
